To celebrate the Leap Year, we've compiled a gallery of great images of animals jumping. Long Jumpers The African sharp-nosed frog holds the record and can jump 100 times its body length, while jumping spiders can jump 50 times and grasshoppers 20 times their body length. Kangaroos can jump 13.5 metres, impalas 10 metres and snow leopards 15 metres. High Jumpers The cat flea holds the record and can jump 150 times its body height. Froghoppers can jump 115 times their body height and klipspringers 10 times their height. Pumas and dolphins can jump 5 metres, salmon 4.5 metres and springbok 4 metres.
