For many of us, 2022
has raced by, as a return to our pre-pandemic lives has brought
newfound freedom, and fresh appreciation for the finer things in life.
The dizzying ride of the last year is one we’re excited to look back on
with this collection of our favourite nature photographs from 2022.
Alex
Hyde discovered a microscopic marvel living in an ordinary clump
of moss. Nick Garbutt and Lucas Bustamante created breath-taking images
of wild pumas. And Tony Wu brought us one-of-a-kind images of flying
squirrels. We hope these photographs, and many more you can
discover in the blog, will ignite your imagination.
P.S. Don’t forget, as the new year approaches, to request
your free copy of the Nature Picture Library 2023 desk calendar! And if
you’re searching for Christmas presents for the nature-lovers in your
life, we’re currently offering 15% off orders made on our prints site using the code NPLTHANKS (offer expires on 31st
January).
With best wishes for a restful Christmas and a happy, nature-filled New Year from the NPL team
